Couples Session

Connect with your partner on a completly different level with these Yoga-based fitness sessions. Each individual is working on themselves, while supporting each other through it all. A strong session to get the heart racing and the body warm and sweaty. Compleated with an amazing shoulder adjustment by Heather; leaving the couple holding hands in savasana. This session will challenge you, and leave you in a dreamy-yogic, state with your favorite person!

Family Session

Start a yoga practice with members of your family. These sessions will allow for everyone in the family to come together and do a physical practice, focusing inward, while creating deeper trust, and connection. Expect to sweat, laugh, and probably go upside down. This challenging and fun session will make each family member feel slightly vulnerable, with the support of family close by.
